The Vortex club in Wardour St, was the place for punk, post punk and new wave bands to showcase their talents, and indeed was made more infamous in The Jam’s lyric from ‘A Bomb In Wardour St’. It was such a chaotic place that by 1978 it had shut down… Here is our third version of the Vortex t-shirt in Clash pink with black print.
